20+ Years Behind the Craft

For more than 20 years, our factory has specialized in fine jewelry manufacturing, providing OEM and ODM production for internationally recognized jewelry brands. From design development and model making to metalwork, stone setting and final polishing, every stage reflects the standards built through decades of professional manufacturing.

Today, we bring that same craftsmanship directly to clients around the world through one-to-one bespoke jewelry. From gemstone selection and design to production and final delivery, each project is closely managed by our professional team, reducing unnecessary middle layers so more of your budget goes into the gemstones, craftsmanship and the piece itself.

One-to-One Bespoke Service

Every commission starts with a conversation. Tell us the occasion, the budget and what you have in mind — you will have hand-drawn sketches and material options within two business days.

How it works

  • Brief and budget — a WhatsApp message is enough; reference photos help
  • Hand-drawn sketches — two or three options within two business days, with metal and centre-stone suggestions
  • Wax model sign-off — carved once the design is settled, photographed for you to check proportion and depth
  • Making — forging, stone setting and hand polishing
  • Quality check and dispatch — photographed, certified and shipped insured

Typically 5–7 business days from sign-off to dispatch. We will say up front if a centre stone needs sourcing.

One-to-one guidance

The same designer walks you through from sketch to finished piece.

Certified stones

Craft & Materials

Metals

  • Sterling silver — the friendliest entry point. It tarnishes naturally with wear; we re-polish free of charge
  • 10K / 14K gold — less gold but harder, well suited to small pavé stones and pieces worn daily
  • 18K gold — the truest colour, in yellow, rose or white. The most requested metal for commissions
  • Platinum Pt950 — will not tarnish, hypoallergenic, dense. The default for wedding bands and heirloom pieces

Stones

Centre stones come with a GIA, IGI or GRA certificate whose number you can verify yourself on the issuing lab’s site. We work with both natural and lab-grown stones, and will always tell you which one you are looking at and what the difference costs.

Setting

Every setting is completed by hand by jewellers with a decade or more at the bench. Prong, bezel, micro-pavé and pavé are all available; your designer will recommend the setting that holds up to how often you actually wear the piece, not simply the one that photographs best.

Size Guide

Rings

The most reliable method is to measure a ring you already own and wear comfortably: measure its inner diameter in millimetres and send us the number.

  • 15.7 mm ≈ US 5
  • 16.5 mm ≈ US 6
  • 17.3 mm ≈ US 7
  • 18.1 mm ≈ US 8
  • 19.0 mm ≈ US 9
  • 19.8 mm ≈ US 10

With no ring to hand, wrap a narrow strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it meets and measure the length — that is the circumference, and we will convert it. Note that fingers change size through the day: measure in the afternoon, at normal body temperature. If your knuckle is noticeably wider, size to the knuckle.

Bracelets and bangles

Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your wrist, then add for fit: +1 cm for snug, +2 cm for a little movement, +3 cm for a deliberate drape. For bangles, what matters is whether it clears the widest part of your hand.

Necklaces

  • 40 cm — close to the neck, above the collarbone
  • 45 cm — at the collarbone; the most versatile
  • 50 cm — just below the neckline
  • 60 cm — mid-chest, good for layering or long pendants

When in doubt, ask. Send your measurements on WhatsApp and we will confirm. Commissioned rings are made to your size.

Care & Repair

Everyday

  • Take it off before showering, swimming or cleaning — shower gel and chlorine dull metal and loosen prongs
  • Let perfume, skincare and sunscreen absorb fully before putting jewellery on
  • Store pieces separately. Diamond scratches almost every other stone, so do not pile them into one box
  • Keep sterling silver in a sealed bag when not worn; without air it tarnishes far more slowly

Cleaning

Warm water with a little mild dish soap, brushed gently along the setting with a soft toothbrush, rinsed and blotted dry with a soft cloth. Do not do this with emerald, opal, pearl or turquoise — they dislike water and heat; a clean dry cloth is enough. Avoid home ultrasonic cleaners: a stone with an internal fracture can split on the spot.

What we cover

  • Cleaning and inspection — free for life, send it back any time
  • Re-polishing — everyday scratches, free once a year
  • Prong tightening and re-tipping — free where caused by normal wear
  • Resizing — one free resize within the first year, labour charged thereafter
  • Re-setting a lost stone — a lost centre stone is not covered; accent stones are replaced at cost

Message us on WhatsApp before sending anything in and we will give you the address and what to include.
